- Bands: Basic, Mid, High-End, Trophy.

Methodology
Each city has an editorial $psf range per spec level. The estimator applies the chosen spec to your area and returns capex bands.
How to use it
- Pick a city and spec level — City sets the cost baseline; spec level (Standard, High, Premium) sets the per-sqft band.
- Enter the area — Provide net usable area in sqft or sqm. Loss factors are not applied here — fit-out is priced on usable space.
- Optionally adjust line items — Override defaults for AV/IT, branded zones, or specialty spaces such as labs and trading floors.
- Review low–high range — Get a banded budget across construction, MEP, FF&E, AV/IT, and consultants with totals in local currency and USD.
Frequently asked questions
- Are MEP and AV included?
