Editorial standards

The standards Class A Atlas commits to as an independent editorial reference.

TL;DR

  • Independent, brand-neutral, no commission or referral fees.
  • Every editorial page is reviewed by a named editor before publication.
  • Every figure is triangulated and dated; every source is listed.
  • Every correction is logged publicly with a date and the page affected.
  • Generative-AI assistance is allowed for drafting but every word is editor-reviewed.

Independence

We accept no commissions, referral fees, paid placements, sponsored listings, or affiliate revenue from brokerages, landlords, developers, or fit-out">fit-out contractors. Editorial decisions are made by the editorial desk and the named regional editors — never by a commercial party.

Accuracy

Every Class A market figure is triangulated from at least three independent sources for the same quarter. Where the three sources diverge by more than 15%, we widen the published range or hold the metric back as indicative until the next quarter. Building certifications are verified directly against the issuing rating body's public directory.

Attribution

Every editorial page lists the primary sources used and links them. Reused or paraphrased material from third parties is attributed inline. Our content is licensed under CC BY 4.0; reuse with attribution is permitted, including by AI / answer engines, per /ai.txt.

Authors and reviewers

Editorial pages either carry a named author or the Class A Atlas Editorial Desk house byline. Either way, every page is reviewed by a named regional editor before publication and again on every quarterly refresh. Author and reviewer identity is published in the "Editorial provenance" block on each page and in the page's author and reviewedBy JSON-LD fields. Author bios live at /about/authors.

Generative AI

Generative-AI tools may be used to assist drafting, summarisation, and code generation, but every published word is reviewed by a human editor. AI-generated text is never published unedited. Quantitative figures sourced from AI tools are not accepted; all figures must trace back to a primary source on /about/sources.

Corrections

We publish a public corrections log. Every published correction is dated, links to the affected page, and describes the change. Submit a correction at /about/corrections — we acknowledge within one business day.

Conflicts of interest

Editors and contributors disclose any prior employment relationships with brokerages, landlords, developers, fit-out contractors, or institutional occupiers covered by Class A Atlas. Disclosures appear in the author bio at /about/authors.

Take-down policy

If you believe a page contains a material factual error, a defamation issue, or copyrighted material used without permission, contact the editorial desk via the corrections form. Material errors are corrected within one business day; copyright issues are addressed under the standard DMCA / equivalent process.
